Here's How It Works

1.  Outside air enters, through the vent system's outer channel.  This air is needed to fuel  the combustion process.

2.  Air flows down, through a passageway between the inner and outer jacket.  The inner  jacket surrounds the tank and its Foam insulation.

3.  Air enters the combustion chamber, where it mixes with gas.   The air/gas mixture  is ignited, and heats the water inside the tank.

4.  Rising through the flue tube, the hot products of combustion continue to heat water  in the tank.  A special baffle inside the flue tube permits maximum transfer of heat, before the products of combustion leave the tube.

5.  Exhausts through dual-channel vent, the products of combustion are expelled horizontally into the outside air through the vent system's inner channel.
